We cannot accept any offers made on line if you have not already viewed the property that is being marketed for sale.

Once we have received your offer then Sellultimate.com will contact the vendor to see if the offer is acceptable or not. When we have received the decision from the vendor we will then make contact with you to discuss and review, where appropriate. If your offer is accepted then Sellultimate.com will require you to provide the following information without delay:

1. Proof of identification for all purchasers making the offer on the property
2. Proof of funding for the purchase - This would be your agreement in principle issued by your nominated lender
3. Proof of funding for a cash purchase - This would be a bank statement or investment statement showing the value of the funds available to complete the purchase
4. Your Solicitors Contact Details - Please be advised that sellultimate.com can arrange a solicitor to act on your behalf at a great discounted rate. Please advise if you would like a quotation for this service.
