Ultimate Homes & Finance is a new company leading the way and setting the standard in the estate & letting agency field. Prior to the company being developed Ultimate Homes & Finance completed exhaustive research and listened to what our customer's expectations would be of a modern day estate agency. We then devised the company structure with the Customer in mind.
About Us
Ultimate Homes & Finance is owned by two property investors with many years experience in the property sector. The company has a thorough understanding of the property market and the pitfalls associated with buying, selling & renting.
News
April 2008 saw the opening of Ultimate Homes & Finance's contact centre, making it easier for people to find out about selling, buying and renting a property. There are many more services that Ultimate Homes & Finance offer, which are all property related, making the company a one-stop property shop.
Following a borough-wide survey, we learned people wanted to be able to contact these essential services quickly and at times that suited them. For this reason we developed the company to offer great on-line facilities at times when customers are unable to contact our offices during normal business hours.
In addition to the on-line facilities we have also made sure we offer great service levels to customers who do not have access to the Internet. We have invested highly in the telephone system we use, which offers over 20 lines to service the building so you should always be able to get through to talk to us, even during peak periods.
Now, when you call any of the numbers below, we will put you in touch with a customer account manager who can take care of alot of your enquiries there and then.
Opening earlier and closing later, and with a Saturday service added, will make it easier for people to get in touch with us.
The new contact centre, based at Preston Farm, makes the best use of technology to answer all of your calls at one point of contact.
