Becoming a tenant with Ultimate Homes & Finance has never been easier. You can now APPLY on-line for a rental property and get an instant decision on your application there and then. If you see or have viewed an available rental property then please complete the application form on-line and you will receive a 10% discount from the application fee (normally £99).
Normally applying for a rental property through another estate & letting agent can be a daunting and expensive time. That's why, at Ultimate Homes & Finance, we have gone the extra mile in designing and developing new services that will save our new and exisiting customers both time and money.
If you have viewed or seen a rental property you wish to make an application on then you can now do this on-line at the touch of a button. We will require you to enter as much information on the application form as possible. Please be advised that all information declared must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Any missing data from the form could result in the final processing of your application being delayed or the incorrect decision being returned from your application.
Application process, what is required
- Fully completed application form submitted on-line or posted into our office
- Copy of your last three month's bank statements (dated within the last three months). If you are self-employed then a copy of your last two year's accounts
- Copy of your passport or UK Drivers License
- Copy of a recent utility bill
- We will also be required to make a home visit to your current residence
Documents required
We usually request copies of the above documents once your application has been agreed in principle. The estimated timescale to fully complete an application and grant a tenancy is within 24 hours.
Once your application is agreed
Please be advised we will need to see your original declared identifacation on signing of the tenancy agreement.
Once your application has been agreed we will require a £200.00 holding deposit. This deposit will secure the property for you until you move in on a date that has been agreed with Ultimate Homes & Finance.
When you let a property from us you will be required to pay a bond, which is the same as the rental value along with the first month's rent in advance. The £200.00 holding desposit will be deducted from the final balance that you will have to pay prior to moving into the property.
Any payments made to us must be cleared funds. If you pay by cheque then clearing times must be allowed for this. All future rental payments can be paid by standing order, which you will need to set up with your nominated bank. We will provide you with a standing order form so you can arrange this or you can now pay your rent account by Debit or Credit card.
Access your rental account on line with Ultimate itrack
Once you have become a tenant with Ultimate Homes & Finance you will be able to access your rent account on line with Ultimate itrack. Ultimate itrack lets you view your full account history on line inclusive of all payments received and any other financial transactions that you may make. You can also contact us via this area, view uploaded documents relevant to your account and much more. Your itrack login details will be provided to you when you move into your ultimate home.
