Scale of charges for landlords on a property management contract

Ultimate Homes & Finance aim to be as transparent as possible to our landlords. We have listed below our scale of charges for your information and we have advised when charges are payable. Please review the table below which details important information for your review:

Emergency repairs

When properties are on a management contract we may request that Ultimate Homes & Finance are provided with an agreed and authorised credit limit by the landlord. This is an amount, usually no greater than £200.00. This is to cover the cost of emergency repairs for occassions where we may not be able to get in touch with you. This spend will only be used if we have a situation deemed as a real emergency and where urgent action is required in order to protect the property, tenant(s) or landlord(s). After all, safety is paramount and we have to consider all parties interests in the events of Health & Safety.
