Tenant Maintenance
Ultimate Homes & Finance offer full tenant maintenance and repair services. If you are a tenant then you can report non essential maintenance and repairs on line or by contacting our office.
Tenant property maintenance, repairs and emergency repairs
Ultimate Homes & Finance will always strive to maintain and repair a property when required. Unfortunately we are not always made aware of any maintenance or repair issues by tenant(s). This is why we have developed our own property maintenance division. Ultimate Homes & Finance will only make repairs or complete maintenance on any area that is deemed the responsibility of us to repair.
Please be advised that we will not repair or maintain any faults that have been caused by the tenant(s) without charge. We will assess any reports for maintenance or repairs that are received at our head office. If charges are to be passed onto the tenant(s) then you will be pre-advised of this.
Emergency repairs or damage
If you have an emergency to report to us then you must contact 01642 796661 immediately. Once we have received your report we will raise a job sheet and allocate a job number. We will then monitor the progress of the emergency situation until it is resolved. Only when we are satisfied that the job has been completed will we close the case.
Out of hours emergency repairs or damage
If you are already a tenant with Ultimate Homes & Finance then you would of been provided with several mobile telephone contact numbers. If you are unable to get in touch with our office then you must contact one of the mobile telephone numbers provided to you prior to your tenancy commencing. Again, we will follow the same process as detailed above.
Reporting property maintenance or repairs on line
You can report any non essential property maintenance or repairs on line. Simply click on the button below and complete the information on our contact us form. Your report will then be received at this office and logged. Once we have received your report we will contact you to make the necessary access arrangements. We believe in looking after property so you can be assured that we will respond to your needs providing that they are deemed necessary.
Repair timescale - service level agreement
Ultimate Homes & Finance offer our tenants a unique service level agreement (SLA). We devised a service level agreement to help effectively monitor all repair issues reported. It is in our interests to ensure that we act promptly to any reported issues that concerns property that we are responsible for.

Non-essential repairs - all repairs which fall under this category will be repaired within 14 working days of the report been received

Essential repairs - all repairs which fall under this category will be repaired within 5 working days of the report been received

Emergency repairs - all repairs which fall under this category will be dealt with immediately and a full risk assessment will be completed. Any immediate works will be scheduled in to be rectified as a matter of urgency

Repairs or damages which have been caused by the tenant - all repairs which fall under this category will be completed and charged to the tenant(s)
