When you become a tenant of Ultimate Homes & Finance you will be provided with on line access to your rent account. You will be able to log onto your account area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Becoming a tenant with Ultimate Lettings is easy and if your application is agreed your well on your way to enjoying your new home. Your account access will let you:
- View your rent account on line
- View your most recent transactions
- View your up to date account balance
- Review any alerts or messgaes that we submit to you
- View details regarding your property and rental rate
- View your tenancy agreement
- View any documents that we send you
- View your utility suppliers and meter readings
- Contact us via your account area
Ultimate Flexible Options Agreement
Ultimate Lettings provide tenants with a flexible options agreement which must be applied for prior to a tenancy commencing. With flexible options you are able to make overpayments to your account. Once you have made sufficient overpayments and if your account balance allows you will be able to request to make underpayments or take a payment holiday. Any requests must be arranged and approved by contacting the lettings team.
Alternatively if you have spare monies and you want to put this to one side then you can credit your rental account with Ultimate Lettings and then request a drawdown against your rental account. Please be advised that the minimum drawdown amount is £250.00. When crediting your rental account you must ensure that you quote a reference number on your payment. This should be your house number followed by the first four letters of your road name. This ensures that we are able to allocate your payments correctly.

Ultimate tenant rent account overdraft
Ultimate lettings are able to offer tenants a rental account overdraft, subject to application and prior to a tenancy commencing. If you apply for this facility then Ultimate Lettings will set an agreed overdraft limit against your rental account. This overdraft limit can be used at times when you may be unable to pay the full amount of rental due for a certain period. This would avoid any charges being made against your rental account for non payment without prior arrangement.
