When you Move into your new Rental Property with Letultimate.com 

When you move into your new rental property with Letultimate.com it is important that you ensure that all utility bills are registered in your name. This relates to utility services such as Electric, Gas, Water and Council Tax. If you choose Letultimate.com can register your details with the company that we use for amending utility accounts. This company will then register your details and look to source the cheapest utility provider for you the area which can save you money on your utility bills. Regardless, of which option you choose it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that you have new accounts with the relevant utility providers and that all bills are being paid.

Your Tenant Rent Account 

All rent accounts with Letultimate.com MUST BE paid by standing order only. When you become a tenant with Letultimate.com you will be provided with a standing order form which you must set up with your bank provider. If you have internet banking then you should be able to set the standing order up on line. Setting up the standing order is your own responsibility. You must ensure that you set up standing order up allowing enough time for the monies to credit our bank account on your due date. Usually we recommend that you set your standing order up to leave your account 3 working days before your actual due date.

Letultimate.com would only accept a payment by debit or credit card for your rent account if there was a problem with your standing order and it had failed. Any payments made by debit or credit card will result in a charge being added to the transaction value of 2.5%.
