This section of the website has been designed in orderto keep all of our customers informed of the planned developments that thecompany has moving forward throughout 2010 and 2011. As an expanding company weare always looking for new ways to operate our business in the estate andletting agency sector and provide our customers with a unique and tailoredservice offering.
As a company we have invested very highly in thetechnology that we both use and offer and we make this technology available to our customers. The technology we use has been designed to save our valuedcustomers both time and money. We are a company that is big on communicationsand we are always assessing and improving the ways and means that wecommunicate to our customers.
I am sure you will agree that excellent communicationsfor any services used is the key to maintaining and building excellent customer relations.
Letultimate.com and Sellultimate.com in the Media
Both
elements of the core business are in vesting heavily in media resources and
advertising. From June 2010 both elements of the business will be advertising
on ITV 1 with both peak and off peak spots. This is the format of a great
graphic based advert which will run throughout the day on night on ITV 1. The
purpose behind this is to generate new business interest in our company and
promote our brand out there amongst potential customers.
We
are targeting a mixed audience from new landlords, new home sellers right down
to tenants. Using television media should generate a good level of interest in
our company as we are mainly on an on line business. Therefore, we should see
increased levels of website traffic coming through the new version of our site
which has been designed to provide a wealth of information and customer
functionality.
As
a company we also utilise other forms of media such as radio advertising, press
advertising, property portal advertising and much more.
Our Policies and Processes
As
a company we have a range of policies and processes that we follow. These are
quite strict and have been designed to protect the interests of our valued
customers whether you are a landlord, home seller, tenant or general client.
We
plan to develop our technology offered on an ongoing basis to further service
the needs and requirements of our customer’s and business. When we do introduce
new services which can be used via technology we will update this section with
an overview on what’s new.
