It's very 'user friendly' , no hassle format tracks from the early stages of a new applicant through to meter readings, gas safety certificates and subsequent fees, rental collections and payments. Should any maintenance be required via Ultimate at any of our properties , it's all charged and duly recorded against the same relevant ITrack account, as is anything else required to fully track and manage our accounts.
ITrack account offers total visibility and it's format and ability to print or download the data removes a lot of the tiresome and painstaking effort required in producing annual profit / loss and subsequent tax returns

The I-Track facility makes my life much easier. I have constant acess to my account and am able to identify if my tenants have paid as and when i wish, this proves to be very useful. I-Track looks very professional and helps me to identify all responsibilities I have as a land lord, such as gas safety certificate expiry dates. It allows me to remain organised and helps me to maintain a professional approach to my properties.
