Ultimate Homes & Finance offers its customers a unique lettings service that has been devised with its customer's interests and protection in mind. If you have a property to let then let it the ultimate way. We have introduced a range of marketing and processing techniques, which ensure your property is offered the exposure it deserves.
The majority of estate and letting agents complete a credit check on all applicants using Equifax. This is generally referred to as a 'tenant verification'. This type of report only provides limited information and does not display a potential tenant's full credit history inclusive of their current credit commitments, if they have had any late payments or their current credit balances.
A 'tenant verification' report only displays information on the amount of credit accounts a potential tenant has open, verifies their identification and advises on any adverse credit. While this is reasonable it does not provide information to assess if a potential tenant can afford the rental on a property based on affordability. A tenant may be employed and earn a good income, but they could be paying the majority of their earnings out on credit commitments. In the long term the tenant could possibly struggle to meet their set rental payments. If this occurs then it has a great impact on you, the landlord.
Whereas Ultimate Homes & Finance conduct a full insight credit reference check, as a bank or building society will do, using Equifax on all applicants. Equifax also provides Ultimate Homes & Finance with a full credit score and ID profile for any applicants. Any applications received must pass our unique credit scoring system before it can proceed to the next stage of processing. This provides us with a greater amount of data to fully assess an application.

Ultimate itrack - landlords interactive service now available on line:
Ultimate Homes & Finance have now launched Ultimate itrack. Landlords can now log onto their account and view their property details and all financial transactions on line. Ultimate itrack has been designed to save landlords vital time and the system will provide you with all financial related information that has been allocated against your property. You can print a full statement of your properties account by date or category range so you can analyse exactly where your costs are and if you have made a profit or loss against the property. If you have more than one property that you would like us to manage then this is no problem. Ultimate itrack links all of your properties together under your account area so you will only ever need one login and password.
You will also be able to view your notepad area which will contain updates that have been sent to you from Ultimate Property Lettings, keeping your informed every step of the way. A great new interactive service provided by Ultimate Homes & Finance.
