This is a service which is additional to the normal Tenant Finder Service that we offer and there is no ADDITIONAL costs for using the extended tenant finder service. Normally Introduction Lettings are on the basis that we source you a suitable tenant and our responsibility ends when your tenant moves in as you as the landlord then take over the letting from this point. The extended Introduction letting service offers a short term enhanced and extended facility and no extra charge which can benefit you as a landlord.

Letultimate.com are pleased to presemt a new service which enhances the Introduction tenant finder service that we currently offer. On the standard tenant finder service Letultimate.com which usually source you a suitable tenant and when the lettings complete you as the landlord would normally assume responsibility for your property and tenant moving forward.
Under this extended service Letultimate.com will offer an extended period whereby for the first 3 months we will look after your property and then hand it over to you on the 4th consecutive month. This then allows us the opportunity to get your tenant settled in, ensure that payments are made on time and by the correct method, resolve any issues the tenant may have as regards to maintenance and we always maintain the payments to you for the first 3 momths. After the extended period has lapsed then this will be handed to you as the Landlord to carry on with the letting moving forward. Also, under this service we would complete a home inspection which will be documeted and reported back to you.
Once the home inspection has been completed this will be signed off then you can progress with your letting and new tenant and hopefully operate a good, strong and successful tenancy.
