Property Maintenance
Ultimate Homes & Finance own their own property maintenance company. If you are a landlord using our managed lettings service then you can be sure that your property is in the safest possible care. All property repairs are reported to our contact centre based at Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton.
As soon as a fault is reported to our contact centre we immediately instruct our maintenance crew to attend the property and assess the fault. Once we have completed our assessment the repair or maintenance works will be scheduled into the diary. Any emergency repairs will be carried out immediately.
Services for Landlords
If you are a landlord on a property management contract with Ultimate Homes & Finance and your property needs to be repaired or has maintenance issues then we will contact you in the first instance. If there is a cost to be passed onto the landlord then we will seek your authorisation for this prior to any work commencing.
In the event of an emergency repair we may carry out the works straight away if we can not get in contact with you for authorisation of costs.
New & Existing Customers
Our property maintenance and repair service is also available to the general public.
