When a fault or repair is reported to Letultimate.com the first task we do is raise an official job report on our system which then allocated the repair with a unique job reference number. Then the job report is allocated to our maintenance department to review and obtain a quotation where necessary or organise the repair works where applicable.
Once we have received the required quotation we will contact you and advise on the costs. In addition to this we will also load details of the quotation on your on line account which you can accept or reject on line.

Where a fault or repair is deemed as an emergency we will initiate contact to you by telephone and email. Emergency repairs normally relate to any issue that involves Mains Electrics, Mains Gas, water or any category that can be deemed as posing a potential risk or harm to any resident or visitor.
If we are unable to make contact with you by either communication method then Letultimate.com reserve the right to authorise the repair on your behalf. If we are unable to speak to you for authorisation then we have to make a decision to make the property safe so there are no dangers presented to the occupants of the property.
