If you would like your property to be included in the Ultimate Property Xchange Network, which aims to match buyers and sellers, you need to request a questionnaire form from our office which can be sent to you by post, fax or e-mail. We only require brief details from you to be able to place you on the Xchange network programme.

To receive this FREE service you must tell us about the property you wish to buy even if it is outside the Teesside region. All sections must be completed.
- Your full name, telephone number and e-mail address.
- The form will ask you the main characteristics of the property you are looking to purchase.
- We will require the postcode area of the property you are wishing to buy.
- You will be asked to provide the price band you are looking for (eg - £175,000 to £200,000).
- You will need to provide the minimum number of bedrooms.
- Details will be required for the type of property (eg - detached, terraced etc).
It really is that simple. You must provide us with consent to the above details being held and used to help sell or find you a property until such time as your property is sold, removed from the market or your request to opt out. You will be e-mailed with properties for sale which match your criteria (trial areas TS and DL only). As the database grows over time you may receive details of those looking for a property whose buying criteria match your property.
